Yes, you can amend or cancel bookings via the app or the online platform subject to the refund and amendment policies of the particular supplier. Our travel team are on hand to provide further support with this if you need it.

If you've primarily relied on company cars, Mobilleo allows you to test out alternative transportation options without any financial implications. Through mobility budgets, colleagues can choose how to allocate their travel expenses within their budget, creating a fully customisable experience. How can users provide feedback?
We value your feedback and aim to ensure the best travel experience for our customers. If any aspect of your journey falls short of your expectations, you can inform our travel team, and we'll communicate with the suppliers on your behalf. We have contingency measures in place, including RAC breakdown cover and access to taxis, to address unforeseen issues. Regular supplier vetting helps us maintain a high standard of service.

Once you have inputted your destination, our technology will find you all available routes so you can compare to find the best option in terms of convenience, comfort, or price. The final price paid for tickets may vary due to additional options offered by the supplier, such as luggage, seat allocation, or travel insurance. We also provide CO2 emissions data for each leg of your journey, empowering sustainable travel and encouraging active travel choices.
Can Mobilleo work abroad?
Yes, the technology behind Mobilleo pulls the most up-to-date content from all major airline providers, hotel providers, and aggregator sites so the world is your oyster when it comes to destinations. Combine this with our car club finder, and you can be in a new country, hop in a rental vehicle and get to your hotel in one, smooth journey.
How can Mobilleo help me with employee benefits?
Everyone likes the freedom to travel how they want, and your employees are no exception. With the option of choosing between 1000 travel suppliers across the UK and multiple modes of travel, employees can find their perfect match in terms of cost, convenience, or comfort in line with your travel policy. Travellers also have the option to pay on their own card, so if a business trip abroad becomes a 3-day city break – it’s no problem for you and more fun for the traveller!
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major debit and credit cards for payment, and you also have the option to pay through your company account or PayPal. The app allows you to conveniently store and access your tickets, eliminating the need for paper receipts.
What platforms does Mobilleo support?
Currently, Mobilleo is available as a desktop application and a progressive web app (PWA) for mobile phone use. Soon, it will also be available for download on the IOS and Android app stores, expanding availability across multiple platforms, enabling a wider range of users to benefit from the convenience and functionality of Mobilleo.
How can I create an account?
For businesses, our customer onboarding team will assist you in setting up a tiered organisational account with permission levels tailored to your specific travel policies. For individuals, you can create your own account and utilise the technology for personal travel as well.
